- Whipped Cream

- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Caramel

- Jello
- Gummy bears/gummy worms
Instructions[]
- First, you have to put some vanilla ice cream into the cup you have; buying some from a store would be good.
- Begin to put some caramel on the top, which is optional; however, you should have about 2 tablespoons of caramel.
- Get some jello and shape it into the shape of a star. You may do any shape you want as long as it's not too thick and big.
- Now, you may add whipped cream and any other toppings of your choice.
Finishing Touches[]
Add a sprinkle of Fourth of July colors: maraschino cherries, star sprinkles, gummy bears, multicolored sprinkles, and M&M's. Add a sprinkle of Fourth of July color. Make it spectacular, enjoy!
